Conference Participation Fees

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions and keynote talks

  • Lunch for all three days

  • Coffee breaks and refreshments

  • Conference merchandise

  • One outdoor networking event (details to be announced closer to the conference)

 

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. A list of recommended hotels and travel guidance will be provided closer to the event.

Payment Process

As outlined on the Sign-up pagea selection committee will determine participation in the conference by evaluating the quality of the submitted abstracts or motivation letters/personal statements. 

If selectedyou will receive an official registration confirmation email with a secure payment link and instructions. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited participant capacity (120-150 attendees) in the “Natural Products in the 21st Century” conference, only a small number of applicants will be accepted following a competitive review process.

Once you are accepted,  registration is confirmed and the payment is completed, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Non-Refundable After January 1, 2026:
    Cancellations made on or after January 1, 2026 are non-refundable. At this stage, all final arrangements (including catering, printed materials, and venue logistics) will have been confirmed based on the final attendance list.

  • Partial Refunds Before January 1, 2026:
    Cancellations received before January 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
    To request a refund, participants must send a formal cancellation email to magic-molfun@biosustain.dtu.dk with the subject line: Cancellation Request – [Your Name].

  • No Substitutions or Transfers:
    Due to the competitive selection process and limited seating, registration is non-transferable. Substituting a registered participant with another individual is not possible.

  • Force Majeure:
    In the unlikely event that the conference must be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), we will communicate alternative arrangements as soon as possible. Refunds in such cases will be assessed based on the specific situation.
